Frequently Asked Questions: 

How long after the  booking untill we come to inspect the property ? : On average we need 2-3 working days  notice depending on our current work load. If a Certificate is needed sooner we will endevour to assist where possible.

How long does the site  inspection take ? : We would normally require access to the property for around 1 hour or so. It could take longer depending on the size of the dwelling and the number of issues involved.

How much will will it cost me ? : The price of the certificates and declarations can vary depending on the amount of work involved. We will always give you a quotation before agreeing an appointment to give you peace of mind.

How long after the site inspection untill I get my documents ? : On average we are able to issue the documents by post and e-mail with 48 hours of the initial site inspection.

Can we attend on the day of the site inspection ? : We have no problems with this as long as it has already been cleared with the property owners by yourself in advance.
