A Certificate of Compliance will confirm that  the works carried out are in accordance with Planning Permission and the Building Regulations. If your property has has been altered or changed since it was first constructed then you will likely now require a certificate of compliance. Here at ESQ Consulting we be able to assist you.

A Declaration of Identity is a certificate that we provide to you which states primarly that the property as we witnessed during our inspection matches the boundaries shown on the land registry maps. The Declaration of Identity will normally also indicate that all relevant services are contained within the bounds of the  property in question.

Not all work around the home requires full Planning Permission. In these situations it is possible to construct for example a planning exempt rear extension. Often as part of the house sales process you will then be required to produce a Certificate of Exemption. Here at ESQ Consulting we will be able to provide you this.
